Shorter Video Games is a Dream Come True

As an avid video game player I am very mindful of the games I choose and I try to focus more on their quality rather than the length. Nevertheless, in the past few years it has become considerably more difficult to cope with longer video games because my studies and work have often demanded more of my time than ever.

While I may enjoy a long game, especially if it’s an interesting strategy game with entrancing twists and turns, the news that shorter games are on their way has made me happier than ever. Time is shorter than ever and I really look forward to actually being able to finish a game once I start playing it. In a way I even started to miss those old fashioned games where the total game play rarely exceeded a few hours at most and you could enjoy most of them without worrying too much about time.

Nowadays, unfortunately, there is never enough time for fun and games as they often fall into the background as opposed to work or school related issues that seem to take up my entire time. I can honestly say, therefore, that this is one of the best news I’ve heard in years and that I really look forward to getting the newest short games on the market as soon as they appear.
